Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding
Collect vital signs and assist with wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
