As an Occupational Health Professional on the 2nd shift, you will provide essential healthcare services to employees, ensuring adherence to regulations while maintaining a compassionate and safe work environment. You will engage in health education, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare providers to foster employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct care for employees according to medical directives and regulations
Adhere to health management policies and protocols
Provide compassionate, quality care to employees
Participate in health and safety teaching of employees
Maintain accurate documentation and assist in departmental medical records upkeep
Establish good working relationships with staff and healthcare providers
Notify Occupational Health Manager of any pertinent employee health changes
Maintain department cleanliness and order
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Associate Degree of Nursing or Diploma Nursing Degree
Current LPN license in state of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Certification in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections
