Care Options for Kids
The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) role involves providing in-home therapeutic services to pediatric children with autism and developmental disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This hybrid position offers clinical autonomy, flexibility with remote work options, and a supportive, ethics-focused environment. The role requires a BCBA license, a relevant graduate degree, and at least 2 years of experience working with children in clinical and home settings.

Annual Salary Ranges**
Full-Time: $75,000 - $85,000
**Compensation is based on skill set, experience and caseload.
