Key Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care to residents/patients in a long-term care facility
Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN
Required Qualifications
Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
NYS LPN license
Good clinical patient care skills
Valid BCLS
