Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses
Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans
Coordinate patient care with primary care and other specialty providers
Provide psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices
Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire or
Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
