Join Touchstone Communities as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where you'll lead strategic initiatives and drive growth across skilled nursing facilities in South Texas. Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight and support to sales and admissions teams at skilled nursing communities
Partner with executive and operational leaders to ensure census growth
Coach on-site Directors of Admissions and business development team members
Conduct routine community visits across the region
Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Residence in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly
