Key Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive initial and ongoing assessment of individuals in crisis
Functions as a collaborative member of the Crisis Team
Provides therapeutic and case management support
Serves as a liaison to local police and emergency services organizations
Ensures documentation requirements and billing procedures are completed
Works across programs for clients with mental health and substance use disorders
Develops and maintains recovery-oriented therapeutic relationships
Collaborates with clinical team for person-centered safety planning
Participates in administrative activities including team meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Three years providing direct services to psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse population
Three years previous experience in assessment and diagnosis and crisis intervention
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Outlook
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
