Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric issues
  • Conduct crisis assessments and treatment planning
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
  • Collaborate with team members and community resources
  • Document treatment progress and participate in clinical meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
  • Knowledge of community-based resources
  • Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
