Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric issues
Conduct crisis assessments and treatment planning
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
Collaborate with team members and community resources
Document treatment progress and participate in clinical meetings
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
