Job Description
The Assistant Director of Adult Residential Services at The Jewish Board will oversee programmatic systems to support adults with mental illness. Responsibilities include staff supervision, compliance oversight, and collaboration with various departments, all aimed at fostering independence and recovery for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure programmatic systems are in place for client safety and service needs
Review and evaluate assessments, progress notes, and service plans for compliance
Facilitate High Risk and Group Supervisions
Participate in Case Conferences with external sources
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Participate in staff evaluations and trainings
Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs
Document work in the Agency's EHR system
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five (5) years' experience
Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Ability to work individually on projects as well as collaboratively
