Job Description

Accel Therapies is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead center-based teams in delivering high-quality behavioral health services. This role combines clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities, ensuring transformational care for families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors
  • Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care
  • Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress
  • Maintain a caseload of up to 25 billable hours/week
  • Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians
  • Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads
  • Lead BCBA and PM hiring efforts at your center
  • Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams
  • Comfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms)
  • TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
