Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, diagnosis, and preventative maintenance on diesel heavy trucks and engines
Utilize diagnostic software to interpret failure modes and initiate necessary repairs
Assist with emergency breakdowns when on call
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Experience working on heavy duty diesel equipment or training from a recognized trade school
Ability to speak and read English proficiently
Meet physical and safety requirements of the position
Provide own tools
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience as a heavy duty Diesel Mechanic
Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems
Familiarity with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, Paccar
Knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations
