Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Conduct Annual inspections on all fleet vehicles
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair to refrigeration units
Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write-ups
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications
Document all work performed on work orders
Mentor junior technicians and assist with their development

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Current and valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)
Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
2 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair OR 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Annual Inspector Certification
Brake Inspector Certification
ASE certifications & Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
EPA section 608 (Core & Type II) and 609 HVAC & Refrigeration Certification
