Key Responsibilities
Rent cars and promote products and services at airport rental counters
Process contracts and listen to customer needs
Effectively upsell offerings and services to enhance customer travel experience
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Effective verbal communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Professional, engaging personality
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence
Preferred Qualifications
6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment
