Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow new cancer patients through the screening/diagnostic process
Assist patients with navigation through the healthcare system
Provide patient education and support
Gather information for the Cancer Conference
Provide follow-up for patients during treatment phases
Required Qualifications
California Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS) within 1 year of hire
3 years experience in Oncology Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting, with 3 years in Oncology Nursing
