Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate and make a meaningful impact in the community by helping clients access vital resources and services. You'll work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans, conduct assessments, and provide case management, all while benefiting from generous time off and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop action plans for client care
Conduct community contacts and home visits
Evaluate living conditions and client needs
Provide case management and individual/group counseling
Perform community outreach and establish linkages with resources
Required Qualifications
BA Degree
Experience in a community or social service group
At least five years of experience as a Case Assistant in a community or social service group
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Haitian-Creole
