Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations of the restaurant
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor daily activities for operational performance
  • Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance
  • Increase restaurant sales and profitability
  • Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Ensure excellent guest service and food quality

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of 1 year as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager (internal promote)
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility (external recruit)
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficient in personal computers and software applications
  • Valid driver's license and insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
