Key Responsibilities
Manage overall operations of the restaurant
Recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 1 year as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager (internal promote)
Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility (external recruit)
ServSafe certification
Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
Proficient in personal computers and software applications
