Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments, intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy
Develop treatment plans and case management
Collaborate with team/community and educate patients/families
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
