Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Sports Med

Location: 4045 East Bell Rd, Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Incentives: $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings/wk)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $72,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Student Loan Repayment Program

Join our team in Phoenix at our newly expanded, open-concept Sports Center of Excellence. The updated space includes cutting-edge on-site technology, including VALD Force Decks, Dorsa Vi, BFR equipment and other state-of the art additions. Opportunity to work with 6 Physical Therapists, 1 Physical Therapist Assistant and 4 Athletic Trainers. 1 Saturday/month or more as desired.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations


• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients


• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors


• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 


• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice


• CPR certification
