Location: Loma Linda, CA
Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM 3 x 12s 36 hrs per week
Weekly Pay: $2,830 (Must live 50+ miles away)
About the Role
We’re seeking skilled Emergency Room RNs to join our travel team at a leading hospital in Loma Linda, CA. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver high-quality care to patients with critical and emergent needs.
Requirements
Active California RN License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA required)
TNCC preferred
Minimum of 2 years acute care experience / 1 year recent ER experience
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float if needed
Responsibilities
Triage and assess patients presenting with emergent and life-threatening conditions
Perform rapid patient assessments and recognize critical changes in condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per protocols
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients
Operate and monitor specialized ER equipment (defibrillators, ventilators, etc.)
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during crises
Adhere to infection control and safety standards in all patient care
