Position will be primarily Peds but candidate may flex to Adult Ortho or Adult Neuro as needed. Minimum 2 years exp required. NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS. *BLS & NC state license required. *EPIC *Previous Peds experience required. Outpatient setting exp required. Large portion of peds caseload is birth to 5 yrs so MUST be profiicient with this age group. *AROM AAROM PROM, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Strength testing *Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long & Short Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Time Management *Gait belt & training *Cognitive disorders *Cerebral Palsy, Developmental delays, Early Intervention Programs, Individualized programs, Milestone assessment, Scoliosis, Spina bifida, Torticollis *Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury prevention Located in rural community health setting. Rehab clinic consisting of PT/OT/ST services. Majority of dx are developmental delay, autism, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and genetic abnormalities. Experience with adult population would be a bonus to enable flexing when we have pediatric cancellations, but not required.
