As a Customer Accounts Manager at Aaron's, you'll lead the customer accounts department to drive store success, achieve collections and lease renewals, and foster customer relationships. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in guiding your team and supporting customers in their ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts
Assist General Manager with operational functions
Build authentic customer relationships
Manage the collections process for lease renewals
Review and close lease agreements
Contact customers for renewals
Maintain customer contact through phone and home visits
Manage accounts staff to achieve department goals
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete weekly vehicle maintenance sheets
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
Valid state Driver’s License
Compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
DOT certification in required states
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of college or two years of previous management experience
