As a Team Leader at Primark, you will inspire and coach your Sales Associates to enhance customer experiences and optimize sales. You will play a key role in team development and store management while fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and coach Sales Associates
Manage department sections and daily tasks
Support recruitment and onboarding of Sales Associates
Manage cash lanes and fitting room areas
Handle customer feedback and complaints
Ensure stock file accuracy and pricing
Collaborate with store management
