Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage store operations
Assist in recruitment and training of store crew
Provide feedback to motivate employees
Create employee schedules
Manage inventory and stock levels
Maintain store cleanliness and safety
Handle financial aspects of the store
Act as Store Manager when needed
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older (21 for certain states)
Access to a car or motorized vehicle
Liability insurance on the vehicle
Flexibility to work various shifts and days
Fluent in English with basic math skills
Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Eager to learn Topshelf Manager Training (specific to Tennessee)
