Technologist I (3rd Shift)

Techlink Systems Inc. is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Specialty: CVOR Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Surgical Services - CVOR Tech Location (Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid?): Contract Duration: 13 weeks Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Must have experience working with Adults through Geriatrics. Experience with Cardiac and Vascular surgery cases. Fire Safety, Aseptic Technique, Laser Safety, Sharp Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Sterilization/Disinfection, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure; PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Experience working in a community hospital. Experience working with the following surgery case types: Endo/Laparoscopic, ENT, General, Gyn, Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, and Urology. Epic Shift: 10-hour days Call Requirement: 2 days a week and every third weekend. Weekend Requirement: When needed SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: • New Hanover Regional Health System provides surgical services that support multi-specialty inpatient, outpatient, and emergent surgical procedures. Procedures include Vascular, General, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Urology, EENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, OMF, Trauma, Dental, Pediatric, Neonatal, and Endoscopy • Organ harvesting UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): EPIC, Pyxis, SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 40 hours Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
