Key Responsibilities
Increase sales and profitability for the cooperative
Implement and support current customer programs
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to enhance sales impact
Identify needs and provide consultative services
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals
Provide training to co-op staff and customers
Service customer complaints and inquiries
Use CRM for managing results and communications
Manage and complete special projects
Develop knowledge of multiple energy products
Promote a strong safety culture
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency
Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
2 plus years of outside sales experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Previous outside sales experience including presentations and customer service
Petroleum, Refined Fuels, or Lubricant experience
Experience developing marketing plans
Mechanical understanding of equipment
