Key Responsibilities
Ideate, produce, and execute organic social media content
Collaborate with social media manager and web manager to design and execute multimedia content
Enhance BioLife’s reputation across owned channels
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows
Communicate with clients and business partners about creative assets
Act as the digital asset manager for custom content
Aggregate feedback and facilitate approvals efficiently
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in creative roles within a marketing department or advertising/branding agencies, with a focus on digital content
Strong knowledge and understanding of internet culture
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and/or After Effects
Demonstrated flexibility in style and execution across a range of production styles and levels
Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
