Job Description

Join Quill as a Sales Account Manager and help drive significant revenue growth by engaging new customers in the Philadelphia area. Leverage your sales expertise to build effective strategies, deliver impactful presentations, and cultivate strong relationships while enjoying a supportive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects from internal and external leads
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek improvement and apply coaching
  • Positively impact culture and teamwork
  • Work with sales leadership to drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory (approximately 50% travel)
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover Philadelphia, PA territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
