Required Skills & Certifications

Must-Have:

• RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – strongly preferred
• ICU experience is highly desirable

• General medical-surgical nursing
• High-acuity patient care with ICU-level interventions (no ventilators)
• Telemetry monitoring
• Complex wound care
• Post-op recovery

Patient Experience Expectations

Team members are expected to participate in:

• Hourly rounding
• Bedside shift report
