Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Assistant Director in the Adult Residential Division, where you will lead a dedicated team in supporting adults with serious mental illness. You'll ensure program compliance, oversee staff, and collaborate across departments to foster independent living in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure programmatic systems meet clients' safety and service needs
Review assessments, progress notes, and service plans for compliance
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Participate in client meetings and address entitlements issues
Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years' experience
Prior experience with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Experience with housing and supportive housing programs
