Your role will empower individuals to overcome physical limitations through personalized therapy and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy services under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist in implementing vocational/education programs
Design/adapt equipment and working/living environments
Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients
Document observations and prepare clinical notes
Instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
Design community reintegration activities
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted OTA licensure
Minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
