Schedule: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3x12s, 36 hours/week)
Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend & holiday rotation
On-Call: None

HumanEdge is seeking a skilled Travel ER RN for a reputable hospital in Rome, New York . This is a fast-paced 14-bed Emergency Department treating a wide range of acuity levels. The ideal nurse is confident in emergency and trauma response, adaptable, and committed to high-quality patient care.

• 14-bed ER + 4 minor treatment rooms

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4

• Annual ER visits: 31,000

• Charting System: T-System

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience – Required

• Active NY RN License – Required

• Certifications – Required:

  • BLS (AHA)

  • ACLS (AHA)

  • NIH Stroke Certification (must be completed prior to start)

• Certifications – Preferred:

  • NYS SAFE Certification

• Travel nursing experience – Preferred

• Strong ED skills including triage, trauma response, and patient stabilization

• Provide high-quality emergency care for patients across all age groups

• Rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization

• Administer medications and emergency interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Document accurately in T-System EMR

• Deliver care aligned with hospital protocols
