Job Description
Join Staples as an Inside Sales Manager, where you will build long-term customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with a dynamic team in a supportive, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Effectively manage your book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
Consistently meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Build and develop internal and external business relationships
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree
