Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Document resident care and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist with basic health care needs and daily living activities
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable state
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Yearly competency testing and continuing education credits
