Key Responsibilities
Greet guests in Discovery area and explain the survey process
Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program
Answer all guest questions accurately
Prepare worksheet for guests that purchase and deliver to Contracts office
Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale inquiries
Follow company and department policies
Meet established sales quotas
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Timeshare Sales Experience
Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently
Meet or exceed minimum performance standards
