Required Qualifications
Pharmacist State License
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
Certified Pharmacist Immunizer
AED, CPR Certified
Computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified in a Disease State
