Job Description
Join Denver Springs as a Lead Therapist, where your skills and compassion will help make communities healthier. You'll perform vital social services, counsel patients, and oversee clinical documentation, all while being supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs
Counsel patients individually or through group education
Provide education, social work services, and crisis intervention
Supervise individual and group counseling
Train new staff and ensure clinical documentation is accurate
Coordinate coverage of shifts
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or Rehabilitation Counseling
Current unencumbered clinical licensure in the state applicable to the facility
Strong clinical skills
CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in chemical dependency outpatient care
Direct experience working with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis patients
