Job Title: Pediatric RRT – Critical Care (PICU/NICU/ED)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3x12 Schedule, Every Other Weekend Required
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Floating: Required

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide critical care support across ICU, ED, and NICU units. The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric and critical care experience, be comfortable floating between units, and thrive in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to critically ill pediatric patients in ICU, ED, and NICU.
• Assess, treat, and monitor pediatric patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
• Float to other pediatric units as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of pediatric respiratory experience required
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and ED required
• RRT, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Active Georgia RRT license required
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions accepted)
• Level I trauma experience highly preferred (Level II considered)
• Must be nicotine-free and able to pass drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic EMR

Additional Requirements:

• Every other weekend required
• No call requirements

Pay & Benefits:
