Lead development and deployment of wealth management products.
Identify gaps and recommend new solutions.
Serve as subject matter expert for wealth management capabilities.
Provide day-to-day service and support of wealth management programs.
Analyze and monitor industry trends.
Manage relationships with product partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Engage with outside consultants and industry resources.
Proactively engage CX and UX research teams for feedback.
Maintain knowledge of client journeys across products.
