Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you will oversee Civil and Construction projects, focusing on client satisfaction and project profitability. With a commitment to quality, safety, and timely completion, you will lead project teams and manage critical financial and operational aspects while traveling to various job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain client relationships and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with budgets and schedules
Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field of study
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Hard Dollar, Bid Build, Heavy Build or similar construction estimating software
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera or similar construction scheduling software
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods and industry standards
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
