Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support K–12 special education students in Minneapolis–Saint Paul. You'll assist teachers in providing academic and behavioral support, creating a positive learning environment while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator/Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
