Job Description
Join Sysco as a Market Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and stakeholder engagement across assigned markets. You'll lead initiatives for profitable growth, train business development teams, and foster relationships with regional leadership and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth through leadership of business developers
Engage in regular business reviews with assigned markets and regions
Create and execute region-specific growth plans
Develop and lead training engagement model for stakeholders
Represent SSMG at trade venues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years prior foodservice sales experience
Advanced computer skills
Customer-centric and internet savvy
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture/Animal Science, or related studies
