Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience.

Current BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR, CST
EMR REQUIRED- EPIC

RTO MUST be included at time of submission
* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.
OR RN
Shift: Either 5x8's or 4x10s
Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.
Pediatric experience preferred - Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes.

*NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested with drug screen.
RTO must be on coversheet.
CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious).
