Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals
Develop and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions
Partner with local businesses to develop new customers
Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Manage the life cycle of the loan including collections activities
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications
Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
