Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms
Engage in collaborative care with a team of mental health professionals
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience in working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care
Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health
Preferred Qualifications
Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
