Key Responsibilities
Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up
Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
