7A - 5P 
Start Date: ASAP 
Shift: Weekday shifts 
Call Requirements: 1 Night shift per week 
Weekends: NO weekends 
Must have: 3 years CV Surgery 
Best personality Fit: Flexible, confident, team-player

Unit Information: 
Number of OR Market Support- Three Campuses 
Number of Staff 15 CV team members
Type of staff: Day Shift- teams of 3 (2 RN & 1 CST) per case + 1 emergency standby team. Night Shift- teams of 3 (2 RN & 1 CST) per case (call only) Patient Ratios: 1:1 
Type of equipment: Stryker/GE 
EMR: Meditech 
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, TAVR 
Dress Code: OR Scrubs.
