Key Responsibilities
Organizes and assigns resident assistants
Delivers appropriate age-related care
Provides hands-on care to residents
Administers prescribed medications

Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18
Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Maintains a record of continuing education credits
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
