Job Description
Join Monte Nido & Affiliates as an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in a residential treatment program for adults. This overnight role involves collaboration, staff development, and ensuring medical safety standards to support clients with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Nurse Manager to oversee operations and functions of Nursing
Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff
Ensure medical safety standards are followed
Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients
Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager
Required Qualifications
Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license eligible)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Safety awareness and collaborative teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
Having or pursuing BSN
Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
