Description: HWL Requisition:Beverly & AG Hospital (22020)-AN-1494 ED RN - Primary Addison Gilbert - float to Beverly if necessary. Hospitals (floating required), NIGHTS\r\n\r\nEducation: Experience: 2 + years tele experience, 1 year of previous travel experience required.\r\nRequirements: tele experience, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, CPI/MAB\r\n\r\nTele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination. Study material will be provided at the time of assignment confirmation.\r\n\r\nFlu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).\r\nBILH cover sheet required---\r\n\r\nActive MA license required at time of submissions\r\nLocal candidates not accepted***\r\nCannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months.
