Job Description

Join Boeing as a Lead Compensation Specialist to design and manage global compensation programs. Work collaboratively with HR teams to ensure competitive total rewards and support organizational growth through effective compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, maintains, and administers compensation programs, systems, and processes
  • Analyzes job duties and responsibilities and provides consulting services on pay and job classification
  • Conducts analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to market
  • Leads ad hoc project teams
  • Communicates with and trains customers on compensation matters
  • Collaborates with HR groups on compensation education and training
  • Identifies requirements, performs analysis, and creates presentations for business cases
  • Influences development of Global Compensation strategic policy
  • Leads responses to salary surveys and audits from regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with compensation, classification, and salary structure systems
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel to perform data analysis
  • 3+ years of cost modeling and budgeting expertise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
  • Change management expertise
  • Experience leading a project and/or team on global compensation initiatives
